Follow-Up Visit

This follow-up visit is for established Metabolism IQ clients continuing care after an Initial Consultation.

These sessions are used to evaluate response, review updated labs or changes, and refine clinical priorities.

This visit is appropriate if you:

• Have completed an Initial Consultation
• Have new labs, data, or symptom changes to review
• Are continuing metabolic or iron-related care
• Are ready to assess progress and next steps

If you have not yet completed an Initial Consultation, please book that first.

• Review of interval changes and clinical response
• Interpretation of updated labs or data
• Adjustment of strategy and priorities
• Clarification of next steps and timing

This is a working visit focused on progress and refinement.

Please submit any new labs, updates, or changes at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
